WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all products. Pickups are available during our working hours. You've to contact us before visiting us to pick up your items.

Shipping Methods

We offer shipping at the following:

  • Express Delivery
  • Standard Delivery

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Estimate delivery days not including Friday's and official vacations.

In case you select Standard delivery method, Your items will be delivered in front and outside of your building, our delivery fee not including lifting up to your floor or inside your place. In case you selected express delivery method, we will lifting up your items up to 7 floors.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Our shipping/delivery services available at Cairo & Giza.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
