Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences
• Provide expert advice on product features, materials, and design options
• Drive sales through effective communication and relationship building with clients
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom displaying our furniture selection
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to build a loyal customer base
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events

Job Requirements

• 2-5 Years of experience in the same field
• Ability to work on software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with a diverse customer base
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with furniture design trends and product knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing inventory and sales records
• A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude towards achieving personal and team goals
• Working Hours: 1pm to 10pm
