General Terms and Conditions of FplusA Elite

Exclusive privileges and services

1. Scope and Terms of Membership:

  • Membership is entirely personal and the discount is linked to the client's record with the company and cannot be waived.
  • Membership is for a period of 5 calendar years and is renewed for another 5 calendar years according to the joining and promotion policy.
  • The program is intended exclusively for home use (for individuals), and does not apply to commercial or real estate projects except by separate agreement.

2. Recruitment and Promotion Policy:

  • Membership is activated as soon as the customer’s total purchases reach the minimum for the first category (EGP 100,000 or its equivalent in US dollars) through one order or several combined orders within a maximum period of one calendar year from the date of the last purchase.

  • Membership is upgraded as soon as the customer’s total purchases meet the minimum requirement for the next higher category through one order or several combined orders during the membership period for the current category.
  • The membership period is renewed as soon as the customer completes the minimum total withdrawals for the category (Plus and Signature Plus) through one order or several combined orders during the last year of the membership period for the current category.

3. Discounts and Exceptions Policy:

  • A unique promo code is generated for each customer upon joining or upgrading to a higher tier and sent to the customer's email or WhatsApp.
  • The promo code is valid whether online through the company's website or through the company's showrooms by company representatives.
  • The Elite discount (5%) cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or seasonal discounts (Sale), and the highest discount is always applied in favor of the customer.

4. Terms and Conditions of Privileges and Services:

  • Extended Warranty: The warranty is extended for one calendar year from the date of delivery of each order separately for the beneficiary segments, and the same announced terms and conditions for the basic warranty period apply to the extended warranty.
  • Consultation Visit: The company is committed to applying the advertised discount for each service category.

  • Mobile Studio Service:  The company is committed to applying the advertised discount for each service category.
  • Basic Maintenance: The service is provided when purchasing a complete room at least. The company is committed to providing basic maintenance service according to the number announced during the first year free of charge within Cairo and Giza. The cost of transportation outside Cairo and Giza is added to the customer. The appointment is determined according to the schedules set by the company in coordination with the customer. The service is limited to an electrician (in the case of lighting in the order or if necessary) and a carpenter without changing parts or repairs resulting from misuse or the cost of transportation outside Cairo and Giza.
  • Refresh Service: The service is provided when purchasing a complete room at least. The company is committed to providing comprehensive care service according to the announced number during the first year free of charge within Cairo and Giza. The cost of transportation outside Cairo and Giza is added to the customer. The appointment is determined according to the schedules set by the company in coordination with the customer. It includes an electrician (if there are lights in the order or if necessary), a carpenter, and a painter. The price does not include changing parts or the cost of transportation outside Cairo and Giza.
  • Emergency service: An emergency team is available in Cairo and Giza, exclusively for Signature Plus members, for cases requiring urgent technical intervention. The company is committed to providing service within 72 hours of the customer's request, as per the advertised price. This service includes an electrician (if lighting is included in the order or if necessary), a carpenter, a painter/polisher, and an assistant. The price does not include parts replacement or repairs resulting from misuse, nor does it cover transportation costs outside of Cairo and Giza.
  • Storage flexibility: The announced periods are renewed with each order throughout the membership period, and the company is committed to the free storage periods as announced for each category.
  • Fast Track: The company is committed to expediting order delivery as much as possible, exclusively for Signature Plus members.

6. Right to amend:

  • The company has the right to modify the program terms, category features, or terms and policies, with 30 days' prior notice to members.
